Showing the new Drag and Drop area in the top-left. Dropping any file on here will fire up an associated Helper application or report specific file information depending on its type.
Alternatively you can drop a drawer or volume on it and the full-screen slideshow mode will open up so you can traverse through through the directory structure and view images full screen with reflected previews running underneath.
